LIFE CARD is a wallet containing (6)data cards for (6)passengers in a motor vehicle. It will show photo, name, address, blood type, medical conditions, medications, allergies, (2)doctor & dentist ph#, (4)emercency contact ph#, organ donor, living will instructions, insurance #, religion, clergy ph# and if a victim wears dentures, eyeglasses, contacts, hearing aid, pace maker, prothesis etc. LIFE CARD is strapped to the vehicle sunvisor, driver's side. In an accident, the EMT will have quick photo ID & access to the victim's info. The card will then be placed with the victim for the hospital's use. To alert the EMT that the vehicle has the LIFE CARD, look for a reflective decal on the front & back windsheild. LIFE CARD is available thru non-profit organizations. Make this your next fundraiser.
